Memorial Day weekend celebration nets an arrest for "Delivery With The Intent to Sell"
Wed, 28 May 2008 9:36:02 PDTObserving the festivities at the CoHo Campground near Wynoochee Lake over the Memorial day weekend, Grays Harbor County Sherrifs deputies turned a Minor in Possession conversation into drug charges and intent to sell.
County Undersherriff Rick Scott said the department expected a large crowd for the weekend, and when they saw a younger-looking group of people huddled around one vehicle

Officers were expecting that a few minors might be consuming alchohol. After confirming that three of the people in question were under the age of 21, officers began investigating the vehicle.

which led to the arrest of a 21 year old Graham Man in possession of Cyllycibin Mushrooms, Ecxtasy, and Marijuana, some of which was pre-packaged.
The Graham man was arrested on felony drug possession with intent to deliver, Four minors in all were ticketed, two of them were given a ride to Montesano and 'taken into custody' by one of the girl's parents.
