Southside Homeowners Have an Option to Those Ditches

Tue, 15 Apr 2008 7:11:12 PDT

Southside homeowners were reminded of a standard, but not advertised policy last week, during Aberdeen's City Council.

Public Works Director Larry Bledsoe explains;

However there are some limitations to the service, as well as benefits to talking with your neighbors if you are interested in filling in that car-killing-ditch

The cost still varies with the property, and there is no real 'base price'

So if you are interested in filling in that ditch, the best place to start is to talk with your neighbors and see if there's a joint effort in the neighborhood, then contact the city's public work's department, located on the second floor of City Hall at 200 E Market
